|Incorrect username and/or password||
1) Double check that your spelling is correct.
2) Ensure that your username is formatted as IDfirstname.lastname@example.org and password is formatted as first initial, last initial, 6-digit birthdate.
Example login for student Jane Doe born January 1, 2006 with an ID# of 3333333333:
User Name: email@example.com
