1) Double check that your spelling is correct. 2) Ensure that your username is formatted as ID#@student.guhsdaz.org and password is formatted as first initial, last initial, 6-digit birthdate. Example login for student Jane Doe born January 1, 2006 with an ID# of 3333333333: User Name: 3333333333@student.guhsdaz.org Password: jd010106

There is a red banner across my screen that does not allow me to type in my login credentials. | Make sure the device is connected to WIFI in order for the device to sync with any domain policies. |
